Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – The Fisheries Management Area 1 – Scientific Advisory Group (FMA 1-SAG) commenced its four-day workshop on Stock Synthesis–Data Limited Tool and Harvest Control Rule Builders from July 22 to 25, 2025 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The activity is designed to strengthen the technical capacity of National Stock Assessment Program (NSAP) Project Leaders and Data Analysts from FMA 1 member regions in formulating Harvest Control Rules (HCRs) and Harvest Control Measures(HCMs) for the key species in its three sub-FMAs.
