Tuguegarao City, Cagayan — Dr. Angel B. Encarnacion, Regional Director of the DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 2 (BFAR 2), officially took his oath as an officer of the Cagayan Valley Association of Career Executives (CV-ACE) during a ceremony held on October 3, 2025 at the Cagayan State University – Andrews Campus, Tuguegarao City.

The CV-ACE is a distinguished organization composed of Career Executive Service officials from various government agencies in Region 2. It serves as a platform for strengthening leadership, promoting innovation in governance, and enhancing inter-agency collaboration across the Cagayan Valley.

Through CV-ACE, DA-BFAR 2 is expected to further amplify its impact by collaborating with other line agencies in addressing food security, environmental protection, and rural development. RD Encarnacion’s inclusion in the association reflects the growing recognition of the fisheries sector as a cornerstone of sustainable development in the region.

The CV-ACE continues to serve as a catalyst for innovation and cooperation among top regional executives, ensuring that governance in Cagayan Valley remains dynamic, transparent, and people-centered.
